I'm having a problem running a Traveler server. Let me explain how is the environment:
There are just 2 servers
1) Primary Server running under Win 2008 R2 using IBM Domino 9 and hosting a few Internet Sites
2) Secondary Server low on resources running under Win 2003 32 bits using Lotus Domino 8.5.3FP4 and Traveler 8.5.3.3 IF2. This server is just for Traveler purposes.
When I installed Traveler on the secondary server, it cames to my attention that on the installation process it didn't recognize my Lotus Domino version. I installed it anyway since it has a Domino 8.5.3 running.
Lotus Traveler service runs OK with no errors. Also, NTS error log is empty.
HTTP service loads using Internet Site Configuration View, even if I disable the Internet Sites configuration from the server document on the secondary server (Primary server is using Internet Sites). Home URL is pointing to /servlet/traveler
When I try to load the webpage from a browser, I get this message:
Http Status Code: 404
Reason: File not found or unable to read file
I even configured internet sites following exactly this site indications to setup HTTP manually:
Now, there another strange thing. If I open the server document on the Internet Protocols/Domino Web Engine tab, the Java Servlets on the right side is missing or hidden ... the entire section is not there. I can't change the Java servlet support or the Class path options.
I'm running Traveler on another customer server and it works perfectly fine, but on this one I can't get it to work.
So ... Is there something I can do to view that Java Servlets section?
and ... Can I disable Internet Sites just on this server? I tried, but HTTP is still using Internet Site Configuration View even if I restart the server.
Thanks for your help, I'm getting lost with this.
